Our publishing standard

Clear facts.
Controlled disclosure.

Facilities, shells, land and conversion candidates are assessed on their own merits. Operating business transactions require additional business and financial diligence.

  1. Authority to market

An identified owner or authorized representative, permission to publish, and rights to every photo, plan and document. A submission alone does not authorize publication.

  2. A defined transaction

State the asset category, transaction scope, inclusions and exclusions, current availability, and an approved price or “price on request.” Distinguish real estate from the operating business and customer contracts.

  3. Power described precisely

Distinguish energized utility supply, documented commitment and requested or speculative expansion. State the capacity, its basis, source date, conditions and delivery timing. Utility supply is not usable IT capacity.

  4. Physical and development facts

Record area with units, ownership or tenure, planning and permitted use, condition, cooling and fiber evidence, and known access or development constraints. Label unknowns and estimates. Do not infer “AI-ready” from power alone.

  5. Approval of the exact content

Approve the wording, geographic precision, images and disclosure level before publication. Review combinations of facts, maps and filenames that could identify an anonymous site. Personal profiles and owner contact details are not published.

  6. Evidence and current availability

Keep source records and review dates for material claims. Route inquiries through GoDataCenters. Reconfirm availability at least every 30 days, pause listings that are not reconfirmed, and withdraw unavailable opportunities promptly.
